Gout is an extremely common form of arthritis, but poorly understood by the general public.
Life recently created a gout consumer awareness campaign for A. Menarini Pharma UK. The 2-D animated TV ad, piloted on ITV Tyne Tees, first screened in the middle of Coronation Street. We hope that the campaign will go nationwide soon.
The ad was linked to a friendly, informative consumer website: stampoutgout.co.uk. Other campaign items developed by Life included adverts in local newspapers, an HCP information pack and a surgery poster.
