Galderma finds that Life hits the spot - July 2008

Dermatology specialist Galderma has appointed Life Healthcare Communications to create a new campaign for Tetralysal, the leading oral antibiotic brand for acne, following a 3-way pitch. Product Manager Julia Duchastel said: “I am excited about working together with the team at Life and look forward to seeing the impact of the new creative in the market soon.”

Pirate Life - PM Sailing Regatta - June 2008

Life attended the PM Sailing Regatta for the first time this year. The team was made up of complete sailing beginners who managed to finish 7th overall! Not bad for our first attempt. Our thanks go to all at PM who put together and hosted an exceptional day out!

Xomolix gets a new look

Life has created a new European core campaign for ProStrakan to launch Xomolix (droperidol), which prevents and treats postoperative nausea and vomiting. ProStrakan already markets droperidol in some European countries, but has recently gained marketing authorisations in eight more countries including Germany and the UK.

The campaign reflects the fact that nausea and vomiting is what patients fear the most after surgery, and the imagery shows a 'worried sick' patient in a dramatically queasy setting.

A New man at Life

We’re delighted to welcome a new Account Exec, Sloan Newman, to the Life team. Sloan, who originally hails from the US, has an MA and MSc in International Marketing and Communications.

Sloan joins us from Manning Selvage & Lee, a Publicis-owned PR agency, where he worked on New Business Development across their Healthcare, Consumer and Corporate divisions.

Pharmaceutical e-Communications specialist OnMedica has appointed Life Healthcare Communications to create a new corporate campaign aimed at pharma marketeers following a recent 4-way pitch.

Life will also develop an awareness campaign for health care professionals to join their leading medical online community at onmedica.com.
